Lovell Marine Construction, a member of the Florida Marine Contractors Association, Inc., is a division of Lovell Built, Inc.. Lovell Built is a state certified licensed contractor. Rose Ann Lovell, President and Director, and her brother William Lovell continue the proud family tradition of construction started by their father Ray O. Lovell, who began his construction business in 1955.
William Lovell
William brings hands-on experience from a lifetime on the water on boats of all sizes. As Operations Officer, Bill is on location for all Lovell Marine projects and provides practical insight from his vast personal experience in marine construction.
Rose Ann Lovell
Rose Ann brings her legal background as an Florida attorney to the company along with her high level of entrepreneurial energy which she developed while Principal in her father’s construction company.
